Error: Iseries Application Server is not started, while Using Iseries Navigator ? -- MIDRANGE-L

When I click on Database Icon in Iseries Navigator, following error occured.

"Iseries Application Server is not started ?"

and no library is visible under Database Icon.

Any idea, what service I have to restart using Iseries Navigator or on 
As/400 and what is the command ?
