Perhaps what you are looking at is a Change Management Tool.  Some of them 
integrate quite well with WDSC, like Softlanding's Turnover.  Just a happy 
customer.  Mark Phippard on this list, and on the WDSC list, from 
Softlanding, is quite helpful.

Granted, there is a lot that I wish was just in IBM's products.  Like why 
do we need a third party HA solution?  When I buy the Enterprise Edition 
of Domino I get clustering.  Maybe that's why we've purchased a second 
iSeries years ago to have a hot site for our Domino but we're just getting 
around to getting a HA solution this year for our DB2 data like Payroll, 
ERP, etc.
