Removing SNA support via AnyNet -- MIDRANGE-L

The main reason for this change (which I wholeheartedly support!) is the
mainframe boys do not want to support AnyNet anymore, so IBM is dropping in
altogether.  Enterprise Extender is vastly superior to AnyNet in several
respects, not the least of which is security.
