The IBM Tech Conferences are all well and good, but you will never hear the that a release is unstable or that the HMC sucks. (By the way, the new release of the HMC code is fairly stable, but it still sucks. Any time that I pay a four digit number for a closed proprietary workstation that cannot see spool any wider than 80 columns...) I prefer other conferences. It falls on my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary, however, so I won't attend. What do some of you suggest as an alternate conference centered on iSeries?
