I don't have time now to look at it, but I seem to recall that they weren't in synch. I wonder why IBM removed that program?

Go to the V5R3 Information Center, and click "Programming -> APIs -> Machine interface programming." Then "Machine Interface Instructions." Scroll down to where it says "The various MI instructions that you can use are defined in the iSeries Machine Interface instructions." and click on that link.

The result will be a list of MI instructions. When you click each one, you'll see that some of them say "Built in number for XXX is XXX". Those are the builtins.

Are there some that are missing from that list?
