DSPAUDJRNE AF

If I am interpreting this correctly, the below users are in violation of trying 
to access Qsecofr.
 Is this correct ?

DSPAUDJRNE ENTTYP(AF) OUTPUT(*)
 

The AF parameter is for Authority Failure.   *AUTFAIL causes any authority 
failure to be logged to
the audit journal (e.g., an attempt to access a file or run a command without 
proper authority).
