I wasn't trying to use multiple media ... I had one CDROM ISO image
loaded in the catalog.

When I tried to do the LODRUN, I got an OPT1605 error 'Media or device
error occurred' with a reason code of 3 (which means 'An error occurred
which cannot be isolated to a device or media. ').
