*** ADMIN: New functionality for RSS feed users!

Folks:

I've enhanced the RSS feeds for all the lists to include a fragment of
the actual message text in the maillist.rdf file entries.

Those of you who use RSS readers to preview the lists should start
seeing the fragments show up immediately.

Because the fragments are only applied to messages that are posted after
I implemented the feed modification, you may see '$X-MSG-PREVIEW$' show
up in the caption ... those entries will roll off the feed as new
messages are posted to the lists.
