The password will already be expired, not about to expire, as the
password will not have been changed within the new interval of 90 days.
So no warning when they next sign on as the period between the "__ days
remaining" warning and the actual expiration will have elapsed.
Example:

- JONES profile last changed his password on Jan 1, 2005. His password
expiration interval is set to *SYSVAL and the sysval is *NOMAX. So
as-is the password will never expire.
- Greg changes the sysval to 90 days.
- The JONES profile has not had it's password changed in 157 days, well
over the new sysval of 90 days. It is now expired.
- The next time JONES attempts to sign on, his pwd will be expired. No
warnings will be given.
- A different user, BERENDT had changed his password on March 10. Only
85 days have elapsed since the password was last changed. Under this
circumstance, BERENDT will get the warning when he next signs on.
