If you want the datas copied all over the remaining disks, you have to 
logically remove the disks from your configuration, before to 
physically remove them by using concurrent maintenance. And, depending 
the Raid5 configuration, you may have to perform an IPL to DST mode to 
remove the disks from the parity set and adjust thems.
