Good News Everybody!

A new search engine is coming soon.

As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I'm not sure what to tell you Ken, we did the exact same thing in Feb.
and both 5724B41 options show a status of *INSTALLED. My guess is that
you will need to reinstall MQ to fix the *ERROR status, but I don't
think that the upgrade itself caused it.

subject: MQ Series Upgrade

We are upgrading our system from V5R2 to V5R3.

We currently have V5R3 of MQSeries on our V5R2 system:

                      Display Installed Licensed Programs

                                                             System:
S02
 Licensed Installed

 Program Release Description

5724B41 V5R3M0 WebSphere MQ for iSeries

5724B41 V5R3M0 WebSphere MQ for iSeries - Samples

We did an upgrade test on our DR box from V5R2 to V5R3. After the
upgrade I
Displayed Installed Licensed Programs and program product 5724B41 was in
an
*ERROR status.

I would like to know what has to be done to insure I have a compatible
version of 5724B41 (MQ Series) when I do the "production system" upgrade
from V5R2 to V5R3....

Thanx in advance for your help!

Kenneth
