Jon, Thought about this further..... I'm not sure what their breakeven model is, but my guess is that they're not going to lose any money either. You figure 3 nights there, plus food, entertainment, conference stuff, I don't see them losing that much money, if at all.... Unless they don't get any turnout, I see this as a EASY break even with perhaps a small profit out of it.... Even if they do lose a couple grand, is the BEST targeted marketing you can get! Your target market is actually paying to come hear your sessions....and learn how to use your products. SO you load them down with fun and goodies and they go home and buy more.
