For anybody who wants to know the latest list of defective PTFs for any
given release, here are the simple steps:

1. Go to https://www-912.ibm.com/ImprovedSearch/searchoptions.jsp
2. Enter "defective PTF" in the search box (no quotes)
3. Uncheck everything except "Preventive Service Planning"
4. Press the Search button

You'll get a nice list of documents, one for each release from V4R5 to
V5R3.  Personally, I find the results kind of interesting.  For example,
in three years there have been exactly 42 defective PTFs on V5R2, and
they list them all.
