Was having problem on single pc using VB to get records from iSeries (v5r3) Was at v4r5 CA so we upgraded to latest & applied svc pack (it did before & still has odbc part of CA) Now in starting vb pgm, Runtime error 3706 "Provider Cannot be Found.." So I thought - new CA, maybe needs to reinstall vb pgm. Reinstall (no errors). Same runtime error. Any ideas? Win XP Pro Svc pack 1 Other pc's in same shop not having problem. jim
