Can the programmer on the 6000 put the data into a transfer directory in say, flat file or CSV format? You can then grab the file via FTP and use CPYFRMIMPF to plug it into a DB2/400 file. I've got customers doing this all day long. Are there native utilities to do this? Possibly bring the files to an Excel format and go from there to the 400? -- This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
