Glad I could help. Actually *CHANGE authority is not equal to all the data
authorities. *CHANGE is the same as *OBJOPR + *READ + *ADD + *UPD + *DLT +
*EXECUTE while all the data authorities is *READ + *ADD + *UPD + *DLT +
*EXECUTE. Also, you only needed to give the user *READ + *ADD + *DLT to the
output queue.

Perhaps you used *CHANGE because of they way that you are using the
EDTOBJAUT command. If the only input column you see is the Object Authority
column then you can press the F11 key to edit the Object Authorities and
then press in again to edit the Data Authorities. Personally I prefer to
set my user profile option to expert so that I see all these authorities at
the same time. To set the expert option use: CHGUSRPRF USRPRF()
USROPT(*EXPERT)
