This is very basic, but one thing i've done with Mgt Central problems alot
(especially when using monitors and package sends) is to restart the Mgt
Central server on the servers that are involved.

ENDTCPSVR *MGTC
Wait for it to complete ending
STRTCPSVR *MGTC

I would probably reset the controlling system first, then the others.

The QSECOFR profile has a been a frequent item also, but you've checked
that already.

There were also a group of PTFs that support recommended to me at one point
when having some Mgt Central problems... try this link:

I'm exploring management central, but having some issues.
I can 'Verify connection' successfully.

When I try to actually connect, I usually get a 'connect' but it only
lasts for a second or so, and then I get 'failed to connect to central
system'

I have verified that Qsecofr is not disabled and that the password is
not set to expired.

If I run a DSPAUDJRNE command, I see Authority failure for  user
QYPSJSVR  object name *N lib name *N  object type *STMF.
Job name and job user are QYPSJSVR.

Any ideas how I can track down the problem.
