64-bit conversion message

Anyone know if the "Please wait while the system converts app to 64-bit"
message still exists in a message file somewhere on the system? If so,
could you tell me the file and message ID? Thanks! I've seen the
message once in my career, and would like to see its full text and
proper wording.
