RE: Change system name

Chgneta to change how it appears on the system.

Cfgtcp option 12 to change TCP config for how it represents itself
on-network.

IPL when done changing the parms.

If you don't need anything on the box, have access to the install media
and the license keys, I'd recommend doing a scratch install.  Especially
if it was a mail server - there may be some other network gotchas which
could potentially bite you.  Plus, always fun to do the "Install
licensed internal code and initialize system" option.
