FWIW, I now tell everyone (even non-computer professionals) to use an
alternative browser.  This is because I discovered a virus in the IE
cache (on my retired Mother's computer, used mostly for e-mail and
internet hearts) that the anti-virus software could not clean.  In fact
I could not manually removed it knowing the ful path.  I had to use IE
to clear the cache.  In my mind this would be an axample of a true
"security problem."

Infocenter works fine with full url addresses.  Sue's link worked fine. 
The only problem was that it stretched out to two lines and you have to
paste it in.  That's where utilities like tinyurl or
makeashorterlink.com help.  If you still have trouble with this may I
suggest you dump firefox and get a real browser like msie?
