Using iSeries Navigator:

Drill down --> "Your Server Name" --> Network --> Servers --> TCP/IP,
right click SMTP and click Properties. Choose the Bindings tab and
click the Use all interfaces radio button. SMTP must be restarted for
this to take effect.

subject: SMTP Problem

I have a client that is running their SMTP server from their iSeries.
They are at V4R5. Prior to the last IPL SMTP would bind to the 4 IP
addresses in their host table and receive email at all 4. Since the
IPL, SMTP will only bind to one of the IP's. If I shut down that IP,
SMTP will not listen on any IP. How do I make SMTP listen on all IP's?

Thank you,
Schadd
