John, Take care of user profiles that are not used in interactive sessions, but in places like FTP or ODBC connections. Unless you specifically define them not to expire, they will expire too. An account with an an expired password cannot connect via FTP or ODBC. Also look at accounts that are never supposed to log in, like owners of application databases. If they should never log in, set their password to *NONE to completely block their login abilities, this will leave you with less manual password changes to manage.
