I have a simple scenario for which I'm finding only confusing
documentation.

I want to connect a Win XP (or Win2k) client to my AS400 over the
internet using dial-up networking and PPTP. I only want to connect to
the AS400 - not the other stuff on my network. This is very easy to do
with a Windows NT/2k/2k3 servers. My research in the Information Center
has so far yielded tons of docs - L2TP, PPTP, blah blah, blah. I want
to do this with v5r2.

I'm envisioning forwarding port 1723 (PPTP) through the firewall to the
AS400, but I need to configure the AS400 to accept the connection.

Does anyone have any CONCISE documentation about what I need to do?

Thanks.
