I got away from the "Print screen" because the pictures made the files so
big.  I like to paste the text into a text box.  It keeps the screen
together and I can format it as courier and preserve the formatting.

As far as a macro, could you be talking about the "copy append"?  I haven't
used it yet but I remember some discussion about it.

you a "picture" of the screen.  Just "edit paste" or "ctrl-v" into a Word
