Lawson V5R2 to V5R3 Upgrade Cost (was RE: Is a used 170 worth it? )

$74,000 just to upgrade from V5R2 to V5R3!?  Please tell me they were also
upgrading from version 6 to version 7 or 8 of Lawson.

When we moved our Lawson financials software from a V4R5 system to our new
V5R2 system last year, we did it ourselves with almost no help from Lawson. 

I just can't imagine how V5R2 to V5R3 would cost $74,000.
