But you are opening up a new can of worms when you deal with SQL. If you are 
looking at duplicating the data, you would have to do a CPYF or something 
along those lines. Lawson created a utility to do something like this. 
Sorry, it is only designed to work with Lawson, and I don't have access to 
the source.

In that case you create a new collection, create the empty tables, then CPYF 
all of the files from the old lib to the new one.
