CRTDOC was a command from OV/400, which IBM no longer supports.  When you
put on any release of V5, it will delete the LPP.  In V5R2 IBM allows you
to reinstall V4R2 of OS/400, assuming that the system value QALWOBJRST is
changed to '1'.

When I attempt to execute the following:
CRTDOC DOC(IIQ90.CSV)
I get the error:
 Required module not on system.
