That's the right email - don't know about the phone. I'd say just go ahead and 
sign up - the first month is free. Yeah, he'd need to respond with you user 
library setup, I guess, IIRC.

It takes a little time, sometimes, but I've always used the email when I've had 
to reach John. He does watch this list, I think, and could be on vacation.  ;-)
