As I understand it, an administrator can do anything in Community Manager. Create issues, set permissions, update statuses, add users, configure screens, etc. A user license allows one to create issues, but then allows the updating of only three fields thereafter. That's a rather strange limitation, in my opinion. We're currently thinking we can get by with one or two administrator licenses if we go with Aldon. One for our Director of Technical Services and perhaps one for the Development Manager. Donald R.
