Bob,

Can you not send the output to the required folder by supllying the path to 
that folder?

Having multiple copies of a programme or objects is a maintenance nightmare.

And java classes should be accessed by setting the classpath correctly; you 
only need to do that once.

Have you also tried the java Mailing list?
