From what I've heard, Sudha, the next WDSC will be based on this RAD. The iSeries extensions are not a part of Rational Application Developer, which is the follow-on to WSAD. Again, AFAIK, RAD will not be available in that form for iSeries, only the version of WDSC that is built on it.

But I've been wrong a couple times before. ;-)

Hi all,
Has anyone used Rational Application Developer on iSeries? (next version
of WSAD?) I understand this is a great tool with XDE for UML (not very
intense UML models) and Clear case for versioning and JSF that has a
very good UI framework (better than Struts). Is RAD available for
iSeries? Or is there a different version/flavour for iSeries?
Thanks,
Sudha
