http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr/LIBRARY is a link to something called "IBM Library Server Library". It is an incredible resource for older manuals, data stream stuff, etc. I went there, searched on "Common User Access", and came up with a 1992 version of this book <http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr/BOOKS/F29BDG00/CCONTENTS?DT=19921204095534>

BTW, you can often print these - there's an icon for this - and print the whole document. You get a print preview that is all the sections you select. You can then save that HTML to your local PC and you have the whole thing, including graphics.

This is one place IBM has hid their stuff.
