If it is a member in QS36PRC, then it is a "procedure" -- OCL procedures do
NOT have a compiled *PGM associated with them -- they are run interpretively
(just as they are on a real System/36) ... I don't think that the OCL
interpreter cares what you put for the "member type" ...
