We had a problem like that a couple of years ago. I was reminded of it last week when I threw the fix instructions away since we hadn't used them for so long. But there was PTF for Client Access that we needed to download. We called the IBM support desk when we originally had the problem. They were aware of it and provided us the instructions to fix it.
