Thanks!!!!!! I was beginning to wonder if anyone saw my message. I really appreciate the help. -----Original Message----- From: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Paul Tykodi Sent: Monday, February 21, 2005 8:22 PM To: midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: Printer with more than 2 paper sources Dear Douglas, The i5 OS or OS/400 Host Print Transform facility works with i5 OS or OS/400 print drivers known as Workstation Objects. The default configuration of most of the drivers is to include support for two input trays. If you need to support more than two input trays, you will typically need to edit one of the pre-existing print drivers and create a customized print driver to meet your requirements. This process is often referred to as creating a Workstation Customization Object. The specific instructions for adding tray selection tags for three or more input trays will be found here: http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/slkbase.NSF/acf2ee1e9d64b16e8625680b0002038 9/bbf048cc51f9d5b8c1256acd00555574?OpenDocument If you are also using different media sizes across the input trays, there is a way to specify the media sizes when editing the print driver as well.
