Actually, that's the DRDA connection port for OS/400. DRDA is why
clients need the DB2 Connect software to use the 400.

On an LUW server, the connections don't have to be drda. 

The service port is configurable and is usually left at the install
default of 50000.

The actual connections to the instance on Windows DB2 servers, from the
Control Center, come in on 445. Services files show this as microsoft_ds
which also has a UDP component.
