You just use the RSTOBJ or RSTLIB commands to restore objects out of a save
file. Both those commands have a SAVF parameter which takes the name of your
uploaded savefile.

BTW, your transferred file must already be a save file to do this.  FTPing a
new file onto the 400 creates a physical file (attribute PF) and not a save
file (attribute SAVF).  You need to create the save file on the 400 using
the CRTSAVF command then FTP your data into this existing file.
