allow multiple threads in interactive job

How do I set my interactive job to allow multiple threads(*yes)?

My workstation entry of the interactive subsystem is set to
jobd(*usrprf).  My user profile has a job description and that jobd is
set to allow multiple threads(*yes).

I know that jobd is being used when I sign on because the interactive
job library list is the libl in the jobd.

but my interactive job still shows allow multiple threads(*no)

When I submit a job using this jobd the job runs with allow multiple
threads(*yes)

Is it only batch jobs that can be multi threaded?
