Nowadays, I just uninstall and reinstall instead of mucking around with it!
Kind of reminds me of the Windows 95 days...

We ran into a similar problem when we updated our clients from iSeries Access V5R2 to V5R3. It didn't matter which Win OS was on the PC. We ended up removing and reinstalling iSeries Access. After that, we were able to run SQL scripts again.
