You're looking at the version level of the Personal Communications 5250 
software. CAE service packs will update PC5250 also.

Why don't the versions on our PCs seen in START-PROGRAMS-IBM iSERIES 
ACCESS
FOR WINDOWS-iSERIES ACCESS FOR WINDOWS PROPERTIES match the versions seen 
in
HELP-ABOUT in active sessions?  For example, my PC shows Version 5 Release 
2
in properties but Version 5.5 in help-about.
