These people didn't do one of those cobbled together upgrades where they 
moved from one box at <V5R3 to a new box running V5R3 and "saved time" by 
not upgrading the old box to V5R3 first?  I can see how that would hose 
things up.

There were 3 or 4 options of WDS that bit the dust at V5R3, but they were 
all less than 60.

Rob, how many options do you have in the 60+ range for 5722WDS?  If I do
DSPSFWRSC, I get *BASE as an option that has library QDEVTOOLS.  I also
get options 60-64 as "Workstation Tools - xxxxxxxxxx", also in
QDEVTOOLS.

Maybe I should tell him to reinstall options 60+?  I wonder if that can
even be done.
