emote printer problem -- MIDRANGE-L

Hello All,

I have a problem with a remote HP4100 printer, I can ping it from the AS400 but 
all I get is VARY ON PENDING. I installed an identical printer at another site 
and this went in no problem. Anyone any idea what could be the problem?
