Nope. Just means that in this instance SQLServer 2000 was better for the task 
at hand than Oracle 9.x

Now, Oracle 10.x with in-database data-mining is a different kettle of eggs in 
baskets against SQLServer 2000. But we have yet to compare 10.x to Yukon...
