tcp closing connection on ftp

Any ideas? this is ftp from pc to i5 at v5r3

TCP/IP connection to remote system 66.61.130.95 closed, reason code 2.
Cause . . . . . :   The TCP/IP connection to remote system 66.61.130.95 has 
  been closed. The connection was closed for reason code 2.  Full connection
  details for the closed connection include:                                
    - local IP address is 10.0.1.200                                        
    - local port is 21                                                      
    - remote IP address is 66.61.130.95                                     
    - remote port is 1063                                                   
Reason codes and their meanings follow:                                     
    1 = TCP connection closed due to expiration of 10 minute FINWAIT2 timer.
    2 = TCP connection closed due to R2 retry threshold being run.
