The form doesn't match the query usually means that the QMFORM object has a
different number of columns than returned via the SQL statement.  Another
problem would be if data type mismatch... like trying to SUM an alpha field.

Correction of any of these type problems should fix your situation.

Help!  I'm trapped in QM hell.  I wrote a very complex QM and couldn't get
it to total correctly because of diverse syntax, and someone suggested using
a QMFORM.  I've used this before(years ago) and gave up on it.  The problem
is that when I got to run it, it errors telling me the form doesn't match
the qry.  Fine, I know that.  I copied the statements to a new QM, but it's
somehow still attached to the form.   What gives?  Wen I went to look at the
form, I can't find it.
