It's that NAT that adds the fun to it.  NAT = Network Address Translation. 
 Often a firewall or router will translate a range of external addresses 
to a range of internal addresses.  For example, if you ping www.dekko.com 
your address won't start with the same address as my internal address for 
it.  I wonder if NAT would still tie up one address for a particular 
client?  If so, you may be in luck.

I have done it like this.

get current user and ip address
get listing of all interactive jobs with the current user id(QUSLJOB)
get ip address of each of those sessions and compare to current ip
address(QDCRDEVD)
