Right, presumably not. Some more permutations to try: Original code before the mods works? (presumably) New DSPF and old DSPF have same keywords (RSTDSP, DFRWRT etc)? New RPG and old RPG created the same, more of an issue for ILE then RPG III style code. Recomipled original code (into a test library) on the same machine works? New code with comments stripped works? Can't imagine it should do anything... A test RPG program that just calls the non-working format works? Custom code restored onto a test machine works? Custom code compiled onto a test machine works? Have you tried it on different kinds of workstations? PC's running client access? Mochasoft or Rhumba? If I still can't get it to work, I would try to strip it down to the smallest amount of code that still fails, then contact IBM. A bit of a challenge on that particular program, I know. > > SDA test mode works fine, but only in the limited sense that I don't know > what combination of indicators to use that might replicate the problem. You can easily find out. Since you are running it in debug, check the *IN array. Good Luck, and let us know how it turns out. -- Regards, Rich Current Conditions in Des Moines, IA Overcast Temp 6.8F, Windchill -6.7F Winds out of the Southwest at 9mph Light Snow
