You can:

a) DSPUSRPRF USRPRF(YourProfile) TYPE(*ALL) OUTPUT(*PRINT) 
b) DSPUSRPRF USRPRF(YourFriendsProfile) TYPE(*ALL) OUTPUT(*PRINT) 
c) Compare the reports and find the differences.  Update your friend's 
profile accordingly or ask somebody with authority to do it.
