Two points here.. It took a year or two before the account I use here started getting tons of spam. My gmail account I've used for nothing, and after 3 months I started getting spam in it.. seems to be all from the same people.. I've never used the account ever.. it was a "test" for spam. So that proves they simply do some smart address building. As for RI, I have some materials they sell and write for them. I know for sure they have their own compiled list of names and AFAIK do not harvest (but those lists are bought and sold every day between companies). Although it may SEEM like they harvest (and others iSeries companies do) because if one person on the list gets a mail, most do.
