AS400 Model 9406-170 IPL Error Code

All:
 
I have just purchased a used AS400 Model 9406-170. I have it plugged in and 
powered. I have attached a "dumb" terminal via twinax cable. When I hit the 
white power button on the front panel the machine starts up and then about 5/10 
seconds later I get the orange attention light and error code 10112564. If 
anyone can help me with this error code, I would be greatly appreciative!
